Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the cancellation, refund, access, and usage rules applicable to products and services offered by Learning Mastery TM through learningmastery.app.
By purchasing any product or service through the platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following products and services:
A. Book-linked digital resources
Digital resources connected to the IELTS Mastery Series, including but not limited to:
- audio materials,
- video materials,
- answer keys,
- practice exercises,
- model solutions,
- updated educational resources.
B. Paid tutoring and educational packages
Including tutor-led educational services such as:
- IELTS preparation,
- general English courses,
- language learning strategy programs,
- monthly live lesson packages.
C. IELTS mock tests and simulation packages
Including:
- timed IELTS simulation tests,
- AI-generated writing and speaking feedback,
- temporary access packages,
- score reporting and analytics.
2. General Rule on Digital Products and Immediate Access
Learning Mastery TM provides digital educational products and services.
Where digital access begins immediately after purchase, the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the service.
Because of the nature of digital products, refund rights may be restricted once access, activation, or usage begins, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
3. Physical Books Purchased Through Third-Party Distributors
The platform may display or promote physical books such as:
- IELTS Mastery
- IELTS Speaking Mastery
- IELTS Writing Mastery
- IELTS Reading Mastery
- IELTS Listening Mastery
Physical books may be purchased through third-party distributors such as:
Learning Mastery TM does not process refunds, cancellations, or returns for physical books purchased through third-party distributors.
For such purchases, the cancellation, refund, shipping, and return policies of the relevant distributor shall apply.
4. Book-Linked Digital Resources
Access to book-linked resources is granted through activation of a valid access key.
Refund Rule
Refunds are not available once any of the following occurs:
- the access key is activated,
- access to digital resources begins,
- the customer starts using the resources.
Because these are digital educational materials delivered electronically, access is considered service commencement.
5. Tutoring Packages
Free Trial Before Purchase
Before purchasing a tutoring package, prospective students may request a free trial lesson by contacting Learning Mastery TM.
Trial sessions are subject to availability and scheduling.
No Refund After Purchase
Once a tutoring package has been purchased, no refund is provided.
This rule applies regardless of whether the customer later chooses not to attend sessions.
Session Validity
All sessions must be used within the purchased monthly package period.
For every four (4) sessions, the customer may postpone one (1) session.
Postponed sessions must still be used within the same package period unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Unused sessions expire automatically at the end of the package period.
Missed Sessions
If the customer fails to attend a scheduled session without sufficient prior notice, the session may be deemed used.
6. IELTS Mock Test and Simulation Packages
Mock test packages are digital access products with limited usage periods.
Refund Rule
Refunds are available only until either of the following occurs:
- the customer starts test access, or
- the access period included in the purchased package expires.
Once either event occurs, no refund will be available.
Examples
For clarity:
- if the customer purchases a mock package but does not start access, refund may be requested before the access period ends;
- once the customer begins using the mock test platform, refund is no longer available;
- once the package access period ends, refund is no longer available.
7. Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges
If the customer believes that:
- a payment was charged incorrectly,
- duplicate payment occurred,
- payment was processed in error,
the customer should contact Learning Mastery TM promptly at:
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded after internal review.
8. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
Learning Mastery TM reserves the right to deny cancellation or refund requests where there is reasonable suspicion of:
- abuse of platform services,
- fraudulent payment activity,
- unauthorized use,
- manipulation of access rights,
- misuse of trial systems.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used at checkout, including payment processing through PayTR.
Refund timing may depend on:
- payment provider processing times,
- banking systems,
- technical verification.

İşbu İptal ve İade Koşulları, Learning Mastery TM tarafından learningmastery.app üzerinden sunulan ürün ve hizmetler için geçerli iptal, iade, erişim ve kullanım kurallarını açıklar.
Platform üzerinden herhangi bir ürün veya hizmet satın alan müşteri, aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
1. Kapsam
Bu politika aşağıdaki ürün ve hizmetler için geçerlidir:
A. Kitaplara bağlı dijital kaynaklar
IELTS Mastery Series kapsamındaki dijital kaynaklar, bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere:
- ses materyalleri,
- video içerikleri,
- cevap anahtarları,
- alıştırmalar,
- örnek çözümler,
- güncellenen eğitim materyalleri.
B. Ücretli eğitim paketleri
Bunlar arasında:
- IELTS hazırlık,
- genel İngilizce,
- dil öğrenme stratejileri,
- eğitmen destekli aylık canlı ders paketleri
yer alabilir.
C. IELTS deneme sınavı ve simülasyon paketleri
Bunlar arasında:
- süreli IELTS simülasyon sınavları,
- yapay zekâ destekli konuşma ve yazma geri bildirimi,
- süreli erişim paketleri,
- puan raporları ve analizler
yer alabilir.
2. Dijital Ürünlerde Genel Kural
Learning Mastery TM dijital eğitim ürünleri ve hizmetleri sunmaktadır.
Dijital erişim satın alma sonrasında derhal başlıyorsa, müşteri hizmetin hemen başlamasını açıkça talep etmiş sayılır.
Dijital ürünlerin niteliği gereği, erişim, aktivasyon veya kullanım başladıktan sonra iade hakkı yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlanabilir.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Satıcılardan Satın Alınan Fiziksel Kitaplar
Platform aşağıdaki fiziksel kitapları tanıtabilir:
- IELTS Mastery
- IELTS Speaking Mastery
- IELTS Writing Mastery
- IELTS Reading Mastery
- IELTS Listening Mastery
Fiziksel kitaplar üçüncü taraf satıcılar üzerinden satın alınabilir. Örneğin:
Learning Mastery TM, üçüncü taraf satıcılardan alınan fiziksel kitapların iptal, iade veya geri ödeme işlemlerini yürütmez.
Bu tür işlemlerde ilgili satıcının iade ve satış koşulları geçerlidir.
4. Kitaplara Bağlı Dijital Kaynaklar
Kitaplara bağlı dijital kaynaklara erişim, geçerli erişim anahtarının aktive edilmesi ile sağlanır.
İade Kuralı
Aşağıdaki durumlardan herhangi biri gerçekleştiğinde iade yapılmaz:
- erişim anahtarı aktive edilmişse,
- dijital kaynaklara erişim başlamışsa,
- müşteri kaynakları kullanmaya başlamışsa.
Bu dijital eğitim materyalleri elektronik ortamda teslim edilen hizmet niteliğindedir.
5. Eğitim Paketleri
Satın Alma Öncesi Ücretsiz Deneme
Eğitim paketi satın almadan önce, aday öğrenciler Learning Mastery TM ile iletişime geçerek ücretsiz deneme dersi talep edebilir.
Deneme dersleri müsaitlik durumuna bağlıdır.
Satın Alma Sonrası İade Yoktur
Eğitim paketi satın alındıktan sonra ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
Bu kural, müşterinin sonradan derslere katılmamayı tercih etmesi halinde de geçerlidir.
Derslerin Geçerlilik Süresi
Tüm dersler satın alınan aylık paket süresi içinde kullanılmalıdır.
Her dört (4) ders için müşteri bir (1) dersi erteleme hakkına sahiptir.
Ertelenen dersler de aynı paket süresi içinde kullanılmalıdır; aksi yazılı olarak ayrıca kararlaştırılmadıkça.
Kullanılmayan dersler paket süresi sonunda otomatik olarak sona erer.
Kaçırılan Dersler
Müşteri önceden yeterli bildirimde bulunmadan planlanan derse katılmazsa, ilgili ders kullanılmış sayılabilir.
6. IELTS Deneme Sınavı ve Simülasyon Paketleri
Deneme sınavı paketleri süreli dijital erişim ürünleridir.
İade Kuralı
Aşağıdaki durumlardan ilk gerçekleşene kadar iade talep edilebilir:
- müşteri sınav erişimini başlatmamışsa ve
- satın alınan pakette tanımlı erişim süresi sona ermemişse.
Aşağıdaki durumlardan biri gerçekleştiğinde iade yapılamaz:
- müşteri test erişimini başlatmışsa,
- paket erişim süresi sona ermişse.
Açıklayıcı Örnekler
- Müşteri paketi satın almış ancak test erişimini başlatmamışsa, erişim süresi dolmadan önce iade talebinde bulunabilir.
- Müşteri test kullanımına başladıktan sonra iade mümkün değildir.
- Paket süresi sona erdiğinde iade mümkün değildir.
7. Hatalı veya Mükerrer Ödeme
Müşteri aşağıdaki durumlardan birini düşünüyorsa:
- ödeme hatalı tahsil edilmişse,
- mükerrer ödeme yapılmışsa,
- ödeme yanlışlıkla işlenmişse,
aşağıdaki adresten bizimle iletişime geçmelidir:
Doğrulanan hatalı veya mükerrer ödemeler inceleme sonrasında iade edilebilir.
8. Kötüye Kullanım ve Hileli İşlemler
Learning Mastery TM aşağıdaki durumlarda iade veya iptal talebini reddetme hakkını saklı tutar:
- hizmetlerin kötüye kullanılması,
- hileli ödeme faaliyeti,
- yetkisiz kullanım,
- erişim haklarının manipülasyonu,
- deneme sistemlerinin kötüye kullanılması.
9. İade Süreci
İadesi onaylanan ödemeler, ödeme sırasında kullanılan yöntem üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
Buna PayTR üzerinden yapılan ödemeler de dahildir.
İade süresi aşağıdakilere bağlı olarak değişebilir:
- ödeme kuruluşu işlem süresi,
- bankacılık sistemleri,
- teknik doğrulama süreci.
